About the Project: The MUSC South Addition and Renovation was a modest project scope on one of McMaster’s most used and pivotal buildings. The University wanted to create a more efficient south lobby space by relocating one of the primary accessible entrances and converting exterior space under a soffit into useable premium interior space.

About the Project: The EOK project comprised of 3 separate buildings for ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development. ErinoakKids facilities provide medical, therapeutic, and support services for children and youth with physical and developmental disabilities including autism, blindness and deafness. Following the completion of the RFP Submission, PCL’s Alternate Procurement/P3 Project Director awarded Henry with the “Best Supporting Role Award” to recognize his not-unnoticed behind-the-scenes work in coordination and compliance of all three buildings.
